Pay by bank transfer, PayID or PayPal. Your domain name (your .com.au address) is registered in your name and costs about $15 to $25 a year, paid to the domain company. A single new customer from Google could pay for your whole site.
Common questions
Is the preview really free?
Yes. We build a preview of your homepage at no cost. If you don't like it, you don't pay anything and there's no follow-up pressure.
Why did I get a message from you?
We look for good local businesses that don't have a website yet and build them a free preview to show what's possible. If you're not interested, just reply "no thanks" and we won't contact you again. We can also take your preview down straight away if you ask.
When do I pay?
Only at the end. There's no deposit. We finish your site, you check it and ask for any changes, and once you're happy you pay the full price. Then we put it live on your domain. Pay by bank transfer, PayID or PayPal.
What do I need to give you?
Your price list, opening hours, booking link if you have one, your logo if you have one, and 4 to 8 photos of your work or shop. If you don't have photos yet, we can start without them.
Are there any ongoing costs?
We don't charge monthly fees, and hosting is included free. Your only running cost is your domain name, which is about $15 to $25 a year, paid directly to the domain company so it's always in your name.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and we hand over all of your site's files whenever you ask, so you're never locked in with us.
What if I want changes later?
Two rounds of changes are included while we build. After launch, you get 2 more small changes free in your first 30 days, like new text, photos, hours or prices. After that, small changes are $20 each. Bigger jobs like new pages or a redesign are quoted separately.
Why are you cheaper than other web designers?
We keep things simple. Modern tools let us build quickly, and we don't have an office or a sales team to pay for. You get a clean, fast site without paying agency prices.
Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?
Yes. Everything is done online, so we can build for businesses anywhere in Australia.
